Delete your account

You can delete your Function Plane account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by email if you can no longer sign in.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open Function Plane and tap the account chip in the top-right of the main screen.
- Make sure you are signed in to the account you want removed.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your data is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot sign in — a lost password, a lost device, or an account you no longer have access to — email us from the address the account was registered with:
functionplane.support@gmail.comPut “Account deletion request” in the subject and include the display name on the account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
Deletion is permanent. Progress, stars, best scores and best times are removed and cannot be restored. There is no undo, and no grace period during which the account can be recovered.
What gets deleted

What is kept, and for how long
- Encrypted backups. Deleted records may persist in routine database backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten. They are not accessible to the game during that time.
- Aggregate statistics. Counts that cannot identify you — such as the total number of players who have cleared a level — are retained.
- Support correspondence. If you emailed us, that email thread is retained as normal business correspondence. Ask us in the same message and we will delete it too.
We keep nothing else. Function Plane serves no advertising, collects no advertising identifier, runs no analytics, and shares no data with third parties.
Playing without an account
An account is optional. If you would rather keep playing but stop syncing, delete the account and keep using the app as a guest — progress is then stored only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.
